At Bull’s Eye, we strive to provide high-quality stock market education. To ensure a transparent experience, please read our payment and refund guidelines carefully before enrolling.

1. Payment Terms

  • Full Payment: Access to course materials, live sessions, and community forums will only be granted once the full course fee has been received.
  • Installment Plans: If an installment plan is offered, failure to pay subsequent installments by the due date may result in a temporary suspension of access to the course until the balance is cleared.
  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via [Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Wallets]. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted gateways.

2. Enrollment Confirmation

Once the payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation email with your login credentials and invoice. If you do not receive this within 24 hours, please contact our support team.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our educational content (videos, PDFs, and proprietary strategies), we have a tiered refund policy:

  • Full Refund: Eligible if the refund request is made within 48 hours of purchase and the student has not accessed more than 10% of the course content.
  • Partial Refund: At the sole discretion of Bull’s Eye management, a partial refund may be granted in exceptional cases medical emergencies.
  • No Refund: * Once the course has been completed or more than 10% of the content has been viewed.
    • For “Live Workshop” or “Bootcamp” tickets once the event has started.
    • If the user is found violating our Terms and Conditions (e.g., sharing login details).

4. Course Extensions and Transfers

  • Transfer: Fees paid for one course are generally non-transferable to another person. However, you may request to switch to a different course of equal value within 7 days of enrollment, provided you haven’t started the current course.
  • Extensions: If your course access expires, extension packages may be purchased at a discounted rate.

5. Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals will result in immediate and permanent termination of account access. We encourage students to contact our support team directly to resolve any billing issues.

6. Cancellation by Bull’s Eye

In the rare event that Bull’s Eye cancels a scheduled live batch or course, students will be offered a choice between:

  1. A full refund of the amount paid.
  2. A credit to join the next available batch.
